Answer one question a day
Everyone receives the same thoughtful question and answers in their own words.
Discover the answers together
Once at least two members have answered, those members can see each other’s answers. Anyone who hasn’t answered yet still can’t see them.
No one sees answers before they reply
Members who haven’t answered yet cannot see anyone else’s response, and once answers are revealed they stay fixed. This helps everyone answer honestly and independently.
