If you have a question, found a bug, need help with your account, or want to request account deletion, contact the Closer team.
Email support
support@closertogether.appPlease include the email address you use in Closer and a short description of the issue.
Account help
If you cannot sign in, did not receive a confirmation email, or have trouble joining a circle, email us with the account email address you used in the app.
Invitation links
If an invitation link does not open correctly, you can still join a circle manually by opening Closer and entering the invitation code shown in the invite message.
Report a question
If a daily question feels confusing, inappropriate, duplicated, or not useful for your circle type, please report it from the app or contact us by email.
Account deletion
You may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by contacting us at support@closertogether.app.
We may ask you to verify your account before processing the request. Some information already revealed to other circle members may remain visible to them.
